Email campaigns

Build newsletters and email broadcasts, send from your own domain, and track opens and clicks per recipient.

Get started

  1. Verify a sending domain

    Open Campaigns → Sending identities. Add your domain and publish the DNS records Pathline gives you (verification, DKIM, and DMARC).

  2. Create a sending email

    Once the domain is verified, add a from address such as hello@yourdomain.com.

  3. Build a subscriber list

    Go to Campaigns → Lists. Create a list and add recipients one at a time or import a CSV.

  4. Create and send a campaign

    Start a new campaign at Email → Create campaign. Design the email, pick a list and sending identity, then send immediately or schedule. Type confirm to broadcast.

Daily use

  • Campaign list — see drafts, scheduled, sending, and sent campaigns at Campaigns → Email campaigns.
  • Analytics — after sending, open a campaign’s interaction report to see opens, clicks, and per-recipient activity.
  • Test sends — send a preview to your account email or a verified test address before going live.
  • Duplicate — copy a sent campaign into a new draft to reuse the design.

Access

Email campaigns are available to workspace owners and admins. Members do not have access to campaign tools.

Good to know Broadcasts only go to active recipients on the lists you select.
