Storage

Pathline makes it easy to manage your workspace efficiently with centralized storage for your business data and files.

Where to view usage

Open the dashboard, go to Messages, open Account, and choose Storage (direct link when signed in).

The chart shows total usage against your plan’s included storage. Hover segments or expand legend rows for more detail.

What counts toward storage

  • Messages: photos, video, documents (MMS / File Share), plus Data (SMS body text and form answers). Expand the legend to see the breakdown.
  • Contacts: UTF-8 byte size of saved contact fields (name, phone, email, company, address).
  • Email campaigns: newsletter/template images, plus Data (campaign HTML/subject/draft body, and recipient emails stored per send—including automation step sends). Archive a campaign to keep summary stats and free recipient-level send storage.
  • Automations: size of each automation definition (name and structure). Step email content is stored as hidden campaigns under Email campaigns → Data. Enrollments are not sized. Automation email sends also count under Email campaigns → Data.
  • Voice: expand for Data (call log row size) and Voicemail (recorded audio files).
  • Web Studio: deployed site files for hosted pages.

Messages breakdown

Expand Messages in the legend for:

  • Photos: MMS photo attachments and customer-upload images (File Share and upload portal).
  • Video: video files from MMS and customer uploads.
  • Documents: PDFs and other document files from MMS and customer uploads.
  • Data: SMS body text and form submissions.

Managing file storage

  • Photos: combined MMS and File Share images.
  • Video: combined MMS and File Share video files.
  • Documents: combined MMS and File Share PDFs and other documents.
  • Voice: expand for Data (call log rows) and Voicemail (recorded audio). Web Studio: deployed site files.
  • Email campaigns: expand the legend for Images (newsletter media) and Data (draft content + recipient rows for campaigns and automation emails). Use Archive on a campaign to keep summary analytics and delete recipient-level send detail. Delete a campaign to free its HTML/subject storage.
  • Automations: definition content only. Delete an automation to free that storage; its send history remains under Email campaigns Data until those sends are cleaned up.
