Connect WordPress to Pathline for one-click admin access, native form embeds, and a Divi 5 form module. Form submissions land in Messages like any other Pathline form. See the Pathline for WordPress overview for a product walkthrough.

Connect your site

  1. Download the plugin

    On Connectors, expand WordPress, click Connect site, and download the Pathline for WordPress plugin.

  2. Install in WordPress

    Upload and activate the plugin. Open Settings → Pathline in wp-admin.

  3. Paste your keys

    In WordPress, click Get Pathline Keys. Sign in on the Pathline connect page, then copy the Site ID, shared secret, and API key back into WordPress settings.

  4. Manage from Pathline

    Connected sites appear under Connectors → WordPress. Use Log in for one-click SSO into wp-admin.

Embed forms

Add a Pathline form anywhere with a shortcode:

[pathline id="YOUR-FORM-ID"]

Optional attributes control button color, label color, alignment, and whether the form title shows. Submissions post to Pathline and appear in Messages.

Divi 5

When Divi 5 is enabled, the plugin adds a Pathline Form module to the visual builder. Pick a form from the dropdown and style it in the builder: the same backend handles submission and delivery to Messages.

Good to know Setup is manual: Pathline gives you keys to paste into WordPress; the API does not configure your site automatically. Disconnect from Pathline (delete the site) or from WordPress settings at any time.
